【摘要】:1.1Thesetestmethodscoverfouroptionsformeasuringfabriclengthandareapplicabletofullrollsorboltsofmaterials.1.2Therearefourapprovedoptionsofmeasuringlengthasfollows:1.2.1OptionA8212;Hand(Section6).1.2.2OptionB8212;Drum(Section7).1.2.3OptionC8212;Clock(Section8).1.2.4OptionD8212;Folding(Section9).1.3ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinU.S.customaryunitsshallberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemmustbeusedindependentlyoftheother,withoutcombiningvaluesinanyway.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
